Composition

Glass Lined Reactor gaskets are manufactured from eco friendly natural cellulosic fibres with suitable elastomers with Polytetrafluoroethylene cover & SS 304 back up ring. A combination of all three material makes gasket mechanical strong, chemically resistance & high compressible to compensate unevenness of sealing surface.

North Star NORSTEEL is ideal sealing material for uneven & fragile surface joint.

North Star NORSTEEL GLR gaskets can be used to seal nozzle flanges, main body flange & manhole flange. It is universally registrant to most of chemicals, acids, alkalis etc. North Star NORSTEEL GLR gaskets are well suited to compensate for out of parallel surface joint.
