Non Asbestos Jointing Sheet is a high-performance sealing material engineered from a blend of aramid fibers, mineral fibers, synthetic fibers, fillers, and high-quality elastomer binders such as NBR, SBR, or EPDM. Designed as a safe and efficient replacement for asbestos-based sheets, it delivers excellent mechanical strength, thermal stability, and chemical resistance across a wide range of industrial sealing applications.

Manufactured through advanced calendaring and vulcanizing processes, these sheets provide superior compressibility, recovery, tensile strength, and tight sealing performance under varying pressure and temperature conditions. They are used for cutting flange gaskets, high-pressure sealing components, and industrial joints.

Non asbestos jointing sheets are available in various grades such as general purpose, oil-resistant, steam-resistant, high-temperature, and chemical-resistant versions, depending on the elastomer and fiber composition. Composition

Glass Lined Reactor gaskets are manufactured from eco friendly natural cellulosic fibres with suitable elastomers with Polytetrafluoroethylene cover & SS 304 back up ring. A combination of all three material makes gasket mechanical strong, chemically resistance & high compressible to compensate unevenness of sealing surface.
